Hello &Welcome!
Another beautiful week comes to end and what better way to wrap it then with a beautiful floral card?! My card today is a 5 1/2" square card. I don't usually make square cards but this peony stencil is a 6x6" set and allows you to create a stunning large image. Supplies are listed below. Let's take a look...
Supplies:
- The image is stenciled on Bristol Smooth Paper.
- The card stock layer is 65# card stock from my stash.
- The card base is Neenah 80#.
- The Lush Peonies Stencil Set is from The Ton. (5 stencils included in the set)
- Inks used for the peony layers:
- Light = Archival Distress Mini Ink Pad in Speckled Egg.
- Medium = Archival Wendi Vecchi Mini Ink Pad in Garden Patina.
- Dark = Archival Ranger Mini Ink Pad in Paradise Teal.
- Inks used for the leaves:
- Light = Archival Wendi Vecchi Mini Ink Pad in Leaf Green.
- Dark = Archival Distress Mini Ink Pad in Rustic Wilderness.
- The sentiment is from the Happiness Stamp of the Month Set by CTMH (Close To My Heart).
- The sentiment is stamped in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed using Ranger Gold Embossing Powder.
The products above without links are available in various locations online and almost always on Amazon. The stencils are only available directly from The Ton Stamps. Links that I have provided are not affiliate links. However, they are links to products in my online papercrafting store, Scrapsalot. We are an independent small business and we carry a variety of papercrafting and some mixed media products. Thank you in advance for supporting small businesses and keeping the art of papercrafting in all forms alive.
If you've read this far, thank you for your time and for enjoying this beautiful card with me. Have a fabulous weekend and I'll be back Monday with more great creations to share. Until then, Keep it Crafty!
